This program is provided for our Web Site Hosting customers at no additional cost.

Get listings on search engines and in web directories.
Our main goal is to market your web site strongest within your local market. That mainly includes performing in searches about your hometown or local community in combination with the products and / or services that you provide. We submit your web site to the following Major Search Engines and Web Directories:

Collect “opt-in” e-mail addresses and e-mail “specials” to your customers.
If desired, we will install a form on your site that allows your visitors to join one or more email lists. Email lists are used to keep customers informed about special offers and / or events at your business. You will be able to send out messages to everyone on your list, as often as you would like. These tools are accessed via your hosting account Control Panel.

Swap or buy links to your site from other local web sites / directories.
We will advise you on what directories you might want to have a web site link off of. Some are free and some require a small monthly fee (like Bellsouth, www.realpages.com). Linking to and from other local businesses that compliment you as well as your church or other community sites are also great web link opportunities. There are several good “Yellow Page” type directories that you can get listed on for no charge including AOL, icflorida.com (WFTV Ch.9), planetflorida.net, etc. We will assist you on getting listed on these and other web sites.

Promote your site URL offline everywhere you can - especially in your local market!
Business Cards, Voice Mail, Radio, Newspaper Advertising, Auto Lettering, Pens, Bags, Coupons... these are excellent places to promote your web site. We will give you many ideas.

Run a Web Site related special promotion.
Invite people to visit your site for an exclusive discount or offer. You could also have a “sign-up” giveaway (goal is to collect email addresses), raffle, contest, trivia, etc!

Swap or buy banner advertisements on other sites.
The goal here is to target your direct market. A banner ad placed on the right web site can produce a great deal of quality traffic to you. Again, the key here is directed traffic. We will advise and help you get set up with banner advertising on other sites if desired.

Carefully promote your site on newsgroups, chat lines, and e-mail discussion lists.
Think about what group you are trying to market to. Then visit web sites that they visit. Allot of web sites have message boards and discussion groups. Reach Out!

Buy sponsorships of sites or pages that your potential customers visit.
We will keep you informed about community sites that are in need of sponsorships. A sponsorship on a local community non-profit web site is a great way to provide traffic to your site. Most sponsorships run on a yearly basis and break down to only a few dollars per month.
